Neogen Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Fall; Annual Sales Outlook Reaffirmed -- Shares Up Pre-Bell

07:16 AM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Neogen (NEOG) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.04 per share, down from $0.07 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.04.

Revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 31 was $209.2 million, compared with $217 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $203.1 million.

The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook to be in the range of $820 million to $840 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $815.3 million.

Neogen shares were up nearly 10% in recent premarket activity.
