NeoVolta Files $75 Million Mixed Shelf; Shares Fall After Hours

04:54 PM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NeoVolta ( NEOV ) filed a registration statement on Friday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the potential sale of up to $75 million of its securities in one or more offerings.

The filing covers common shares, preferred shares, debt securities, warrants, purchase contracts and units.

Net proceeds from the sale will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital and acquisitions, according to the filing.

The company's shares fell 18% in recent after-hours trading.
