Net Lease Office Properties Sells 2 Properties for $35 Million, Declares Special Dividend

08:39 AM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Net Lease Office Properties ( NLOP ) said Thursday it recently sold two office properties for total gross proceeds of about $35.2 million.

The company said a vacant property in St. Petersburg, Florida, was sold for $22.5 million, while a property leased to North American Lighting in Farmington Hills, Michigan, was sold for $12.7 million.

In addition, the company said its board has declared a special cash distribution of $3.30 per share, payable on April 14 to shareholders on record as of March 30.

Shares of the company were up 1.4% in premarket activity Thursday.
