10:39 AM EST, 01/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Net Lease Office Properties ( NLOP ) said Friday it sold five office properties in November and December 2024 for $43.3 million in gross proceeds.

The real estate investment trust said it used the net proceeds to repay about $30 million on JP Morgan's senior secured mortgage and about $5 million on its mezzanine loan.
