NetApp Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q3 Outlook Set, Dividend Maintained

04:13 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NetApp ( NTAP ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $2.05 per diluted share, up from $1.87 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.88.

Revenue for the quarter ended Oct. 24 was $1.71 billion, up from $1.66 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.69 billion.

The company set fiscal Q3 adjusted EPS guidance of $2.01 to $2.11 on revenue of $1.615 billion to $1.765 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $2.06 on revenue of $1.71 billion.

NetApp ( NTAP ) lifts its full-year fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $7.75 to $8.05 from $7.60 to $7.90 earlier. Analysts expect $7.75.

The company also maintained its full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of $6.625 billion to $6.875 billion. Analysts expect $6.76 billion.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.52 per share, payable Jan. 21,2026, to stockholders of record Jan. 2, 2026.

Shares rose 4% during after-hours trading.
