05:40 PM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NetCapital ( NCPL ) said late Thursday it has closed its registered direct offering of 641,712 shares at $4.675 each for gross proceeds of roughly $3 million.

The company also said it issued short-term warrants to purchase up to 641,712 shares at an exercise price of $4.55 per share.

Netcapital ( NCPL ) said it plans to use the net proceeds for debt repayment and for general working capital purposes.
