10:37 AM EDT, 04/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Netflix ( NFLX ) has been asked by a Vietnamese regulator to "stop advertising and publishing unlicensed games" on its app in Vietnam before April 25, according to a statement on the website of Vietnam's Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information Wednesday.

In its statement, the regulator said Netflix ( NFLX ) has been "advertising online video games without permission" in the country.

Netflix ( NFLX ) didn't immediately respond to a request for comment by MT Newswires.
