The outage coincided with the streaming service's broadcast of a boxing match between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul. Netflix ( NFLX ) said 60 million households watched the fight, peaking at 65 million concurrent streams.

Netflix ( NFLX ) did not immediately to MT Newswires' request for comment.
