08:01 AM EDT, 03/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Netlist ( NLST ) said Thursday it filed a prospectus supplement for its agreement with Lincoln Park Capital Fund for the sale of up to $75 million of shares over 36 months.

The company said it issued around 1.1 million shares to Lincoln Park as an initial fee for its commitment to purchase shares, and up to around 1.1 million additional shares will be issued on a pro rata basis upon each purchase by the investment firm.
