NetScout Shares Fall After Fiscal Q4 Revenue, Fiscal 2025 Revenue Outlook Miss Expectations

10:06 AM EDT, 05/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Netscout Systems ( NTCT ) shares retreated 4.5% in recent trading Thursday after the company's fiscal Q4 revenue and fiscal year 2025 revenue outlook trailed analysts' forecasts.

The company reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP net income of $0.55 per diluted share, compared with $0.38 a year earlier.

An analyst polled by Capital IQ expected $0.52.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $203.4 million, down from $208.1 million a year earlier.

An analyst surveyed by Capital IQ expected $213.9 million.

For fiscal year 2025, the cybersecurity company is projecting non-GAAP diluted EPS of $2.10 to $2.30 on revenue of $800 million to $830 million. Two analysts polled by Capital IQ are looking for $2.17 normalized EPS and revenue of $839.5 million.
