10:43 AM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NetSol Technologies ( NTWK ) said Wednesday it secured a $12 million contract from an undisclosed automotive company to provide its NFS Ascent technology platform for the client's operations in China.

NetSol ( NTWK ) began implementation in fiscal Q2 and realized part of the five-year contract in licensing fees during the quarter, it said.

The company's shares were up 2.1% in recent trading.
