06:28 AM EDT, 09/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Netstreit ( NTST ) said in a regulatory filing Thursday that Patricia Gibbs intends to resign as chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer, starting Oct. 11.

Gibbs' decision did not stem from any disagreement with the firm as she is pursuing another opportunity, the company added in its 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Netstreit ( NTST ) said it plans to start a search for Gibbs' successor and until then, Chief Financial Officer Daniel Donlan will assume the role of interim principal accounting officer from Oct .12.
