04:36 AM EDT, 04/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NeueHealth ( NEUE ) unveiled late on Tuesday an amendment to its credit facility with New Enterprise Associates, increasing the term loan commitment by $30 million.

The proceeds will likely be used for general corporate purposes, including supporting the company's strategic priorities for this year.

The company said it plans to issue penny warrants to purchase up to about 1.1 million shares of its common stock to the lenders under the credit facility. The audit committee of the board has approved the company's proposal to issue warrants.
