Neumora Therapeutics Names Paul Berns as CEO, Michael Milligan as CFO

08:57 AM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Neumora Therapeutics ( NMRA ) said Thursday that Paul Berns, its co-founder and executive chair of the board, has been named to succeed Henry Gosebruch as chief executive officer, effective Friday.

The company said Berns will also serve as chairman.

Additionally, Joshua Pinto will serve as president, Bill Aurora will serve as chief operating and development officer, and Michael Milligan will serve as chief financial officer, the company said.
