07:57 AM EDT, 05/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NeurAxis (NRXS) said Wednesday that it has launched a registered direct offering for the purchase and sale of 1.5 million shares at $3.25 per share for gross proceeds of $5 million.

The offering is expected to close on or about Thursday.

NeurAxis said the net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
