04:46 PM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NeuroPace ( NPCE ) said late Tuesday it named Patrick F. Williams its chief financial officer, starting June 20.

Williams succeeds Rebecca Kuhn, who will transition to an advisory role for a 12-month duration, the company said.

Williams was most recently the CFO of STAAR Surgical (STAA), according to a statement.

Shares were up almost 1.5% in after-hours trading.
