05:30 PM EST, 12/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Neurosense Therapeutics ( NRSN ) filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday for the resale of up to 5.28 million shares by Rimon Gold Assets from time to time.

The resale includes up to 3.5 million warrants for stock, up to 1.66 million prefunded warrants and other shares, Neurosense said Thursday in a regulatory filing.

The company won't receive any proceeds from the secondary offering.
