Nevada Exploration Completes Oversubscribed $605,000 Financing

08:33 AM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nevada Exploration ( NVDEF ) overnight Tuesday said that it has completed its private placement offering.

The company has issued 5.5 million units at $0.11 apiece, for gross proceeds of $605,000, upsized from $550,000 previously reported.

Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the holder to buy an additional common share at an exercise price of C$0.20 per common share for 36 months after the date of issuance.

The company plans to use the proceeds for general working capital.
