08:08 AM EDT, 10/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nevada King Gold ( NKGFF ) reported Wednesday assays for two vertical diamond drill holes and eight reverse circulation holes completed in the northern portion of the West Atlanta Graben Zone at its Atlanta gold project in Nevada.

Highlights include 3.95 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 106.7 meters, including 9.39 g/t gold over 38.4 meters and 2.29 g/t gold over 123.5 meters, including 5.24 g/t gold over 35.1 meters.

"All mineralization intersected in this area is heavily oxidized and many of the holes drilled often have intervals exceeding 10 g/t," said Cal Herron, the company's exploration manager.

Nevada King's share price fell 2.7% yesterday to $0.36 on the TSXV.
