11:46 AM EST, 11/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NevGold ( NAUFF ) on Wednesday said the Limousine Butte Exploration Plan of Operations Permit was approved by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.

This permit expands the amount of disturbance allowed for exploration drilling and other activities to 200 acres, from the current 15 acres allowed under three Exploration Notices at the Nevada project, NevGold ( NAUFF ) said.

"The approval of our Exploration Plan of Operations is a significant permitting milestone for Limo Butte, and we sincerely appreciate the support of the BLM and local permitting agencies who helped achieve this milestone," chief executive Brandon Bonifacio said in a release.

NevGold ( NAUFF ) shares were last seen up $0.005 to $0.235 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
