New Fortress Energy discloses notice from Nasdaq on delayed quarterly filing
Aug 22, 2025 2:25 PM

Aug 23 (Reuters) - New Fortress Energy ( NFE ) said on

Friday it had received a notice from Nasdaq regarding the

delayed filing of its quarterly report.

The company said it had 60 days from the date of the notice

to submit a plan to regain compliance. The U.S. LNG firm expects

to file the 10-Q well before the plan is due to Nasdaq.

Earlier this month, the company sought more time from the

U.S. securities regulator to file its report for the second

quarter ended June 30, citing ongoing talks over additional

credit support required under one of its debt agreements.
