08:46 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- New Fortress Energy ( NFE ) said Monday that it has signed a one-year extension for its gas supply contract with the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority.

The company also said that a 10-year operation and maintenance deal between New Fortress' Genera subsidiary and PREPA will be amended to remove future incentive payments in exchange for $110 million.
