04:45 PM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- New Fortress Energy ( NFE ) received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq after missing the deadline to file Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said Friday that it intends to file Form 10-Q "as soon as possible."

The notice has no immediate impact on the listing or trading of its securities, the company said.
