05:01 PM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- New Fortress Energy ( NFE ) said late Tuesday it has received a notice from Nasdaq stating it's not in compliance with a listing rule because it hasn't yet filed its Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it's working to finalize and file the Form 10-Q "as soon as possible."

New Fortress also said it expects the Form 10-Q to be consistent with the financial statements for the quarter ended March 31 that were released on May 14.

New Fortress has 60 days from the date of the notice to submit a plan to regain compliance, the company said, adding it will file the 10-Q "well before" the plan is due to Nasdaq.
