New Fortress Energy Issues Early Results for Senior Notes Cash Tender Offer

02:42 PM EDT, 03/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- New Fortress Energy ( NFE ) said Tuesday that early tender results of its previously announced cash tender offer for its 6.750% senior secured notes due 2025 exceeded the aggregate maximum principal amount of $375 million.

The company said it received valid and not withdrawn tenders from registered holders of $1.07 billion in aggregate of the notes on Monday, representing nearly 86% of the $1.25 billion principal amount outstanding.
