New Fortress Energy to separate Brazilian operations

March 17 (Reuters) - New Fortress Energy ( NFE ) said on

Tuesday it will spin off its Brazilian operations into an

independent entity as part of itsrestructuring process.

The company expects to complete the split by mid-2026.

The new entity, to be based in Rio de Janeiro, will be owned

by a group of global institutional investors.
