New Gold Acquired by Coeur Mining

10:19 AM EDT, 03/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- New Gold ( NGD ) said Friday that it has been acquired by Nasdaq-listed Coeur Mining. New Gold ( NGD ) shareholders received 0.496 shares of Coeur stock per New Gold ( NGD ) share held.

New Gold ( NGD ) common shares will be de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange and the NYSE American.

Price: 12.13, Change: -0.34, Percent Change: -2.73
