06:34 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- New Pacific Metals ( NEWP ) late Wednesday said it has filed a prospectus supplement for the distribution of 9.9 million common shares priced at $3.55 per share and up to 1.5 million common shares at the offering price upon exercise of an over-allotment option.

The bought deal public offering is expected to close Oct. 21, subject to Toronto Stock Exchange approval and other regulatory approvals.
