On CNBC-TV18's special show The Thought League, Nisha Poddar spoke to Martin Lipton the person who designed, "New Paradigm, a progressive approach to corporate governance".

The "New Paradigm" is an emerging corporate governance framework that states that short-termism and attacks by short-term financial activists significantly impede long-term economic prosperity.

Cyril Shroff, managing partner of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas also shared his views on the same.
