12:31 PM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- New Wave Holdings (NWAI.CN), which is changing its name to Humanoid Global Holdings, on Monday said it is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement of share units to raise $3 million.

The company is looking to place up to 10-million units priced at $0.30 each and made up of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.35.

The company intends to use the proceeds for corporate development, marketing, and general working capital.

The name change to Humanoid, announced earlier this month, will be effective June 25, 2025.

New Wave shares were last seen up $0.07 to $0.40 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
