New York Mortgage Trust Acquires Remaining Stake in Constructive Loans

05:37 PM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- New York Mortgage Trust ( NYMT ) said late Tuesday it has acquired the remaining 50% stake in Constructive Loans in an all-cash transaction.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

New York Mortgage ( NYMT ) said it completed the deal through a wholly owned subsidiary.
