05:49 PM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- New York Mortgage Trust ( NYMT ) said Tuesday it priced an underwritten public offering of $60 million of its 9.125% senior notes due 2029.

The underwriters were granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $9 million of the notes, which the company intends to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol NYMTI.

The offering is expected to close Friday.

The company plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
