The company issued near 41.1 million units at $0.365 each. Each unit consists of one share and one-half of a warrant. Each warrant can buy a share at $0.50 for one year.

Proceeds will be used to develop the Enchi Gold Project in Ghana.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.005, to $0.40, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
