11:46 AM EST, 02/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Newcore Gold ( NCAUF ) on Tuesday said it upsized its private placement offering to $15 million from $12 million.

The company will now offer up to 41-million units at $0.365 each and made up of a shares and one half of a one-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.50

Proceeds will be used to develop the Enchi Gold Project in Ghana.

The offering will close by Feb. 27.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.02 to $0.39 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
