Newcore Gold Shares Gain 2.4% After Raising $3.8 Million Through the Exercise of Warrants

12:23 PM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Newcore Gold ( NCAUF ) shares were up 2.4% at last look on Monday after the company said it raised approximately $3.8 million in proceeds through the exercise of 9.56-million warrants with a $0.40 strike price that expired on Sept.26 .

The company said including funds from the warrant exercises, it has $10.1 million of cash on hand to fund exploration of its Enchi Gold Project in Ghana and complete a pre-feasibility study for the project.

"We would like to thank our shareholders for their continued support and confidence in the company through the exercise of the warrants ... This funding, along with our cash-on-hand, supports Newcore's continued advancement and de-risking of our Enchi Gold Project," chief executive Luke Alexander said.

Shares of Newcore Gold ( NCAUF ) were last seen up $0.02 to $0.84 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
