Newell Brands Files for $2.75 Billion Mixed Shelf

05:56 PM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Newell Brands ( NWL ) late Monday filed a registration statement covering the potential sale of up to $2.75 billion of its securities, including debt, preferred stock, and common stock, from time to time in one or more offerings.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, according to the filing.

Price: 8.15, Change: -0.07, Percent Change: -0.85
