11:14 AM EST, 03/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NewGenIvf Group ( NIVF ) on Friday filed a preliminary prospectus for some shareholders, including Genetics & IVF Institute and A SPAC Holdings, to sell up to about 9.3 million class A shares.

Shares of the company were down over 14% in recent trading.
