04:32 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Newmark Group ( NMRK ) said late Wednesday it advised Blue Owl Capital, Chirisa Technology Parks, and Machine Investment Group on a $4 billion joint venture to develop an artificial intelligence data center campus in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

The funding supports a long-term lease with a "leading" cloud-computing firm for its network of high-density graphics processing unit infrastructure, Newmark ( NMRK ) said.
