Newmark Arranges $105 Million Sale of Los Angeles Office Building

05:37 PM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Newmark ( NMRK ) said Wednesday that it arranged the $105 million sale of a 115,589-square-foot office building in Los Angeles.

The building is completely leased, and anchored by Skim Body, according to Newmark ( NMRK ).

Other financial details of the sale process were not disclosed.
