09:56 AM EST, 12/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Newmark ( NMRK ) said Friday it has arranged a $600 million loan for a 50 megawatt data center project by Blue Owl Real Estate, Chirisa and PowerHouse Data Centers in Northern Virginia.

The project broke ground earlier this year and is slated to deliver initial capacity in 2025, Newmark ( NMRK ) said, adding the loan was provided by a group of lenders led by Societe Generale.
