04:02 PM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Newmark Group ( NMRK ) Wednesday afternoon said it arranged a $525 million refinancing agreement for asset manager Iconiq Capital and residential hospitality company Sentral tied to a portfolio of six apartment properties with nearly 1,800 units.

The new commercial mortgage-backed security was funded by Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, Newmark ( NMRK ) said.

The portfolio includes Sentral locations in Chicago, Denver, Miami, and Nashville, Tennessee, and Austin, Texas.
