05:13 PM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Newmark Group ( NMRK ) said late Tuesday that it has acquired RealFoundations, a Dallas-based firm providing real estate management consulting and managed services.

The acquisition broadens Newmark's ( NMRK ) Investor Solutions offerings, strengthening fund and asset management services for institutional clients in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, the company said.

Newmark ( NMRK ) plans to operate the business as Newmark RF, keeping Chief Executive Officer Chris Shaida and the leadership team, while using Newmark's ( NMRK ) capital markets platform to expand globally.

CEO Barry Gosin stated the acquisition supports Newmark's ( NMRK ) aim to increase recurring Management Services and Servicing revenue beyond $2 billion by 2029, it added.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
