09:16 AM EDT, 09/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Newmont ( NEM ) said Friday it has completed the sale of 43 million common shares of Orla Mining ( ORLA ) for gross proceeds of $439 million.

The company said it disposed of the shares through the Toronto Stock Exchange at a price of $10.14 per share.

Prior to the sale, Newmont ( NEM ) held about 13.3% of Orla's outstanding shares.

Following the transaction, Newmont ( NEM ) no longer holds any common shares in Orla, according to the company.

Orla Mining's ( ORLA ) shares were down over 5% in recent pre-market activity Friday.
