04:56 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- News Corp ( NWSA ) said late Monday that a secondary public offering of its 14,071,293 class B common shares has been priced at $32.45 apiece.

The offering is by trusts established for the benefit of Prudence MacLeod, Elisabeth Murdoch and James Murdoch and his or her respective descendants and charitable organizations, the company said.

News Corp's ( NWSA ) class B shares were down 2.9% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
