NewtekOne Closes $75 Million Notes Offering

01:17 PM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NewtekOne ( NEWT ) said Monday it closed a public offering of $75 million in 8.625% fixed rate senior notes due 2029.

The company can redeem these notes, in whole or in part, starting Oct. 15, 2026, at a price equal to the full amount of the principal plus any interest that has not yet been paid. Interest will be paid quarterly starting Jan. 15, 2025.

The notes will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "NEWTH" within thirty days. Proceeds from the offering will be used for investments, paying off existing debt, and general corporate purposes, the company said.

Shares of NewtekOne ( NEWT ) fell 1.4% in recent trading activity.

Price: 11.08, Change: -0.16, Percent Change: -1.41
