NewtekOne Upsizes Warehouse Credit Facility to $100 Million

10:30 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NewtekOne ( NEWT ) said Tuesday its unit Newtek ALP Holdings upsized its revolving warehouse credit facility for alternative loan program debts with Capital One to $100 million from $60 million with a two-year maturity extension.

The decision is expected to cultivate a pool of institutional investors that engage in the company's securitizations, according to a statement.

Shares were down 5.1% in recent trading.
