NexPoint Residential Trust's Q1 Adjusted FFO Rise, Revenue Falls; Raises 2025 Adjusted FFO Guidance

09:01 AM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NexPoint Residential Trust ( NXRT ) reported Q1 adjusted funds from operations Tuesday of $0.84 per diluted share, up from $0.83 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.64.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $63.2 million, down from $67.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $63.4 million.

The company raised its 2025 core funds from operations guidance to $3.16 per diluted share at midpoint from $3.09. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.54.
