08:31 AM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NextDecade ( NEXT ) said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Brent Wahl will resign from the company on Oct. 20.

Mike Mott, the company's senior vice president for enterprise transformation, will assume the interim CFO role, NextDecade ( NEXT ) added.

Wahl will join a digital infrastructure company, but will serve as a consultant to NextDecade ( NEXT ) until the end of 2025 to support the transition, the company said.

NextDecade ( NEXT ) also said it will conduct a search process for a permanent successor.
