05:58 PM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nexters (GDEV) said late Thursday it may sell about 1.76 million shares from time to time through Cantor Fitzgerald and Oppenheimer in an at-the-market offering.

The company said the shares were acquired following its tender offer which expired in January. It said no new ordinary shares will be issued in the offering.

The reintroduction of the shares aims to bolster the trading liquidity of its shares by increasing its public float, it added.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
