10:16 AM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NextSource Materials Inc. ( NSRCF ) said Tuesday that it has named Hanre Rossouw as its new president and chief executive officer, effective Nov. 1.

Rossouw will join the company's board as a director on Sept. 1. Rossouw will join the company from Sasol Ltd., where he is serving as an executive director and chief financial officer.

Craig Scherba, current president and CEO of NextSource, will serve as a director and chief development officer of the company, effective Nov. 1.
